I read some of your posts about "Adding Resonance to Repeater" and some people asked how it might work, what is a real good question!
AetherOnePi uses the so called "HotBits". The word is not my invention, but it was originally a psychokinesis experiment performed by J.B. Rhine (Duke University), later by Helmut Schmidt (yes the Helmut Schmidt, the parapsychologist, but not the politician). He introduced in parapsychology studies an electronic random number generator which used subatomic decay processes in order to generate data of the most fundamentally "random" nature. Because they used radioactive material in combination with a Geiger counter, they later called the true random number generated by it as the so called "hotbits". So hotbits are nothing else than true random number generated by the decay of (for example) Americium (an element produced by evil people in Nevada by exploding nukes in the desert for pure fun).
I read about this "hotbits" when I was around 20 years young (back in 1998). At the very same time I began to study homeopathy and acupuncture. But my interest was more into homeopathy, because of my mother's illness. She later died of cancer in 2006. Anyway, I also read a lot of books about quantum mechanics, especially from Fred Alan Wolf. The funny thing, I read for the first time one of his book because he mentioned lucid dreaming and I was so into this stuff (lucid dreaming, out of body or astral traveling). The internet back in that time was a lot more interesting, because of the lack of censorship (yes, google and co uses their algorithms now for making money and not for displaying real search results ... this is also the reason why I found your forum so late).
As I learned during this time, the mind is able to alter the probability of random outcomes. This was researched by Dean Radin a lot, with many meta analysis (using the combined analysis research done by many others researchers) and by his own designed experiments. If you don't know him, read his books. He is one of the most nice guys out there, very humble and serious.
But somehow I did not see the entire picture (maybe I do not yet also). That I could one day use this for radionics ... no, no clue at that time.
My experience and knowledge about homeopathy grew bigger and deeper with time, with the help of the giants in homeopathy, like Sankaran, Mangialavori, Scholten etc (only by reading books, I'm 100% an autodidact and a strong proponent of it, and making experiments). Something inside me changed over time, as if my awareness expanded and gate opened deep inside my mind. I noticed synchronistic events, with time more frequently and insights came out of nowhere, like the name of a remedy a persons needs. These experiences was necessary precursor for my radionics experiments.
April in 2015 I read an article about radionics in interhomeopathy and that triggered something in me. I was a bit angry about what I could read regarding radionics, because I thought this is all bs ... especially the fact that manufacturers of digital radionics requested 10.000 $ for a software and hardware that in my opinion could be developed in just a few hours. So I did develop a prototype. I used a vitamin tablets can, drilled some holes, put in some LEDs, connected it to an Arduino Uno, wrote a quick and dirty software (2 hours or so of work), played around with it and then decided to make a LSD remedy impregnating empty globule with it. You know, I did not really believe in it and I wanted to prove that radionics is all bs and nothing real. The entire process of experimenting in reality was a repetition of my first experiment of homeopathy in 1996, because back then I did not believe that homeopathy could possibly work, so I took Sulphur and short story later I was an expert in homeopathy
The experiment with LSD made with a radionics process (metaphysical manufacturing of hallucinogens) was a full success. I went from wakening state directly into a lucid dream state that lasted the whole night and it included not only the nice parts of LSD, but also the bad trip sides (symptoms I was unaware before taking it, but later I researched it and found out the symptoms was genuine and not just imagined).
At this stage the radionics prototype made from a "vitamin can" resembled just a "repeater" of intentions. It took a collage of images and translated the image pixels into LEDs signals (which can be done with the software "processing" easily). Could I have just used software? Yes, why not!?! Its all about intention in the end!
Now I would clarify a required step in the making of homeopathic remedies: to just dilute them is not sufficient. You need a "dynamic shaking". I thought for a long time, that succussion (vigorous shaking by striking on an elastic surface) would imprint the information of the raw material (plant, insect, mineral, whatever) into the subatomic structure of the water. In reality the succussion process is a form of ritual. You bind the morphic field to a material, establishing a so called "link" to the field, and enforcing this by pure brutal force. Have you ever seen someone producing a C200 of a homeopathic remedy? They are drenched in sweat! They performed an ritual of many many hours. They are done for the day. And no wonder the remedies are so strong! ... well in modern days they use machines at some point (beginning with the C4, some at the C7).
I developed a more sophisticated digital radionic device, with a "scalar antenna" inside and orgone. The software was nice, a full screen application that enables to generate the photo collage directly. I thought why not introduce also hotbits for analyzing. My experiments with the true random numbers applied for analysis was a full success too, because I was able to gain insights nobody would ever believe from where I got them. Using TRNG with a good list of "questions" (in my case a list of homeopathic remedy names) is technology aided ESP.
How does this work?
Easy, just add a 1 or 0 (nothing) to each entry in the list. If one of these entry reach the amount of 100 you can stop and display the results. You could enhance the analysis by adding 0 to 10 (randomly) and see if one of them reach 1000 or more (optional in AetherOnePi).
The use the same method during broadcasting to see if the rate currently broadcasted "resonates" somehow with the target. I produce a random number (0 to 6765) and if it reach >= 6764 then it seems to resonate. Ok? Do you understand? Not really?

It's all about probability (a word I love "pro ba bi li ty"). The probability that I can throw a dice and get 6 in a row 10 times is 1:610 high. This is a number like you try to accomplish this experiment 60.466.176 times and you get it right only once. Sixty millions! Similar I check for "improbabilities" produced by psychokinesis of the radionics operator's mind.
I make a simple example: Peter, a young dude, 10 years old, hates as all other kids in his age to clean his room. His mother tells him to clean his room usually every day at the same time. "Peter? Peter?", "Yes Mom", "CLEAN YOUR ROOM" (intention broadcast from the mother with a very loud and annoying voice). Later during the evening his mother goes to Peter's room and checks if he cleaned it. As usual, he did not. So she cleans it, because she is a nice mother. At some point someone tells Peter that he should show some respect and some love to his mother, because he has only one mother and she has done so much for him (broadcasting of an healing information). Now Peter begins to clean up his room every day. His mother goes to his room and see a wonder, an improbability, an anomaly in space time bending reality itself: Peter cleaned finally his room (resonance check success).
