I found a good sound to go with the SC4443.

This singing bowl sound adds depth to the energy field in my home and the SC4443 running. It seemed to get stronger.

I started feeling energetic pressure in my spine going outward like pressure from within. There is some slight pain as it's hitting a blockage.

It also definitely helped me fall asleep faster.
