I've used Repeater Max GUI just for changing the settings such as Hz and I almost never get it to do all I want.
Frequencies below 1Hz I'm not sure it can do. I almost never get it to do pauses. I think I got it to do pauses without specifying Hz and with 0.4 Hz (it never really does that). I'm running it on 3Hz now and opened it just to check and in that exact moment it did a 4Hz repetition as if reading my mind and wanting to confirm it.
While it runs on 3Hz, it can't pause. I'd really like to experiment with pauses and all. I've run it with 1Hz and I think it has worked wonderfully.

Also at 3 Hz and it seems a bit denser. 3Hz may be optimal indeed. Amplification 10. Boost 0. Rest every 3 seconds, for 15 seconds (it isn't doing rests). No hash or compression. Exact timer (is this the issue?).
I'm using this only so it doesn't hash. It does some sort of boosting that it mentions at the beginning. Is there a way to not boost anything since it seems the gentler we use it the better?
Can I use 1Hz or less with pauses? I've left boosting at 0 and used 10 for amplification cause I thought it wouldn't work without it or do max like when Hz are not specified. But maybe that's the problem?
Also just to comment on the one hour pause. There was a guy that worked with the subconscious and higher self and he stopped doing subliminal type audios and substituted them with requests to the higher self.
These were made faster and faster according to the person's vibration. Apparently we should all be in 5D already. So they began doing requests once every hour, three times, and that was enough to change their reality. Then they did them 3 times, with a half hour pass. Once they were in 5D and higher vibration (they worked on a few things, not just that, but like chakras, merkaba, common stuff) they did this in three mins. I mean, there was a one min pause between each of the request repetitions.
Maybe that could be asked too, if by raising our vibration or changing anything else we could do this with one min pauses. There were some complications with his method that couldn't be worked around but he has disappeared since so I don't know if he fixed it and simply didn't tell people. Even without getting it to work perfectly, he would test it in casinos and his results were way higher than they should.
