I emailed the SourceForge team about my Intention Repeater MAX which was being outranked before by programs that had fewer downloads than it, and had no reviews.

They were able to update their program to fix the issue with rankings.

The Intention Repeater MAX has one positive review. It is ranked #2 in Meditation category on SourceForge.

A couple of days ago there were 33 downloads in one day. That's the most ever.
Next to that there were 30 downloads in a day some months ago.

I haven't advertised any more recently, so it may be that someone shared the Repeater and got a number of downloads.
Or being #2 ranked in meditation may have more people that saw it a couple of days ago.
