These are the Chakra Stemwords, which have the chakra's energy. This appeared after AnthroHeart saw a video where "I am" was said to belong to the Root Chakra.
I am=Root Chakra I feel=Sacral Chakra I do=Solar Plexus Chakra I love=Heart Chakra I speak=Throat Chakra I see=3rd Eye Chakra I understand=Crown Chakra They can be combined.

This was where I learned to use other intentions than "I am."
Sacral Chakra is "I feel." Solar Plexus is "I do". Throat chakra is "I speak".

Ultimately "I" does not exist. There is pure awareness and consciousness beyond the I. So instead of me saying like "I love being AnthroHeart" when I focus on AnthroHeart, it can feel more profound. But this would be for things you'd want to be defined as. So not sure about "I love being wealthy" would work for someone who wants money saying "wealth", if they don't want to define themselves by that. At least I think so.
Would creating from the space behind the I be more powerful?

This sounds really confusing haha So if I was trying to manifest muscle growth, and not use "I"..then how would it work?

I (lol) forgot to reply to this. Behind (beneath) the ego is the soul. But saying the I doesn't exist is untrue, because it's denying the ego's existence, which does exist, as the ego represents many things, including taken names and nicknames, like here.
If we didn't have egos, we would use our souls' names, among other important changes.
The ego should be controlled, and we must not let ourselves be controlled by it. Ascension will clear stuff up.
The ego does disappear when one is not incarnated in a body.

GPT-4o-mini invented the following affirmations to become free from something: "I do release the hold of this..." "I feel empowered as I let go of this..."
Plus, they could have "and embrace my freedom to pursue healthier.../health" added.
