I got a small like 4x6 inch notebook with 50 pages, and am writing some intentions in it, and will meditate on the notebook. This may be a unique way to manifest beyond something in Repeater. It has a physical presence, so it might work well.
The notebook didn't have any energy to it so I'm pouring energy into it, with the help of my higher self, spirit guide and angels.
Interesting that paper can store energy like a crystal.

You can specify Time (a date) to the manifestation, which even 4-8 days in future already concentrates energy in the solar plexus a lot.
