I have been visualizing my social memory complex. I understand there are anthros among it, but it goes beyond anthro because you can

change your form. I imagined one being that was holy among them, and gained a reverence for them. I then thought of the whole

Social Memory Complex as holy. It made me appreciate it even more.

I'm working with the SMC to help me with my ascension.

I connected with myself in the future when I'm in that social memory complex and it was interesting
and a bit energetically powerful, but not overwhelming.

I also connected with my higher self.

I think connecting with myself in the social memory complex is good if I don't need the higher vibration of my higher self.

I don't need to raise my vibration too quickly, or I can get disoriented.
