We should do this. i feel powerful effects when i create a tts wav file and then changes its samplpe rate to muc higher. I create the TTS file with 10x speed in the first place. But it sounds like a frequency once you change the amount of samples it reads per second. Pondering how i could get it working.
I feel its even more powerful when i make my own speech and then change its sample rate to 1764000 and run in my radionics software.
Somehow i think that text to speech or spoken intent are more powerful than representing them within sine waves or random noise. The output is technically still a language being spoken its just sped up to the point where it sounds like a frequency.

Its the same thing, subliminals are intention based magic as well. The intention repeater is the same concept. Im suggesting that you could record your voice save it as a wav file and modify its sample rate whatever method you have available to something as high as your application can handle. Because the faster it reads the intention the better. A simple intention spoken and sped up can be very effective. You could speed it up to sound like a frequency.

Is this something you wanted included in a future Multi-Format to WAV Repeater, or some other program like subliminal program?
There is a Google TTS, but I'm not sure how may limits they have on TTS creation.
ElevenLabs is one of the best, but they charge.
Subliminals can probably be edited in Audacity after the fact and mixed with a Multi-Format to WAV file.

Yeah i use both. But be way more customized to be able to create TTS and work with it in your own control. wish to find a way that has no restrictions.

In my experience, using self-hosted TTS didn't seem to be a good solution, as it took a very long time to generate simple texts. On the other hand, it was easy to install even on Windows with this pinokio.computer/ We could then imagine using a dedicated server that would focus exclusively on TTS. In the meantime, I came across a Speechify account reseller offering a yearly license for $10 (account sharing). The thing is, Speechify only allows 3 hours of exported audio per month. I'm currently working on a subliminal that does a lot more than that, so I found something else: Microsoft Edge's free TTS. And as surprising as it may seem, the quality is just as good as Eleven Labs or Speechify. However, there's no way to export the audio, so a DIY solution is to record the playback with audacity and let the PDF be read by Microsoft edge. As it's rather annoying to dedicate your PC for such a long time, I use an RDP (amazon aws free trial).
