I ran the intention "I am sleeping restfully and deep. I wake up refreshed." at 7Hz with Repeater MAX v5.20 and it felt amazing.

It was lower, and more grounding than what I usually have run. It didn't feel so high pitched.

I might start enjoying these lower frequency repeatings.

You'll need the latest version to run frequencies that are more accurate than they used to be.
