Ok, so when I make audio fields I like to make documents where I write down the benefits, and they are structured as so, e.g for a muscle growth audio:

"Increased Muscle Hypertrophy
Increases muscle hyperplasia
Increased satellite cell density
Increased mechanosensor sensitivity
Increased mechanosensor density"

So if I were to just simply put the benefits lines into IR, would the benefits still come, and if so, is any potency lost? Or must I make them into "I am" etc statements?

I think the benefits would still come, and no potency would be lost.

In my intention repeater their is a charged object and a charging object.
If the charging object was a text file each individual line will be written with the header being "So and So recieves the following benefit: affirmation text"
