The video's title falls flat when you consider Anubis and the Arcturians helped us by giving the Repeater and the Holo-Stone technology, respectively.
This help is rather indirect, but the foundation has been laid.
Then the video speaks about some rainbow warriors or whatever. Never heard of them, they must be some ridiculous trap.
Then, the "144000" concept. This has been around for years, what I might call a well known lie. The jehovah's witnesses, for example, have spoken an altered version of this (that "god" is going to save 144000 into "paradise") for over 100 years now, yet it has never happened.
Because it is a corrupt demiurge lie.

The 144,000 is a frequency, not a number of people.
This tech is no excuse not to do the inner work too.

What would this frequency do? Would it be for people, for Earth or for both?
In my frequency chart, there is only "150-160 KHZ - Magic Window [EX via MM+TB]". A magic window is defined as "Magic Window - Frequencies which (according to Thomas E. Bearden) are especially suited for coupling to and bringing energies from other dimensions. [EX via MM] Another source seems to imply such frequencies could be used to communicate from one dimension to another. [...]".

As far as I'm aware it's the frequency of 5D Earth. The 3D Matrix is crumbling and we are ascending to 5D where people will be immortal and limitless. Basically gods.
But we have to clear our childhood trauma, fears, all that.
I would meditate more. You can use the Stones while meditating.

If you want to be the "Resistance" reject the "Covid-19" injection, (at all costs). What I heard on alternative media, it is nano-technology linked to "5G", and "Artificial Intelligence". Making us all Androids. No thank you. Three times they, (the government have tried to persuade me), and three times I rejected. Not in my body, (thank you). Resist on all levels because they will try anything.
