What do you say to those who say that spirituality is about inner work and not about material things like manifesting?
The creation of our universe was a manifestation.
In the scriptures you see that here:
- John 1:1-3
- Isaiah 40:28 (my favorite)
- Revelation 4:11
- Psalm 33:6 (spirit, word)
In physical nature is nothing that does not already exist in the spiritual realm. There in heaven for sure not as physical form, but as an idea, essence and principle. From above it exhibits power, informs (put something into form, therefore location, space and time, ... time is form too), change probability of events (atomic and macroscopic, synchronicities).
Jacob in the Bible, son of Isaac, performed a kind of radionics in order to change the probability of when the flock get into "heat" (Genesis 30:37-43). He manifested his will. From what one learn from the study of the Bible, he was indeed considered a spiritual man. He invested a lot in "inner work and personal growth" and his personal relationship with God.
But magic is considered bad. Why?
Galatians 5:19-21 says, that magic is considered a practice of the "flesh" and not spiritual. Manifesting our own will in order to promote immorality, hostility, envy and so on, all sorts of bad things, even if the technique seems not to be "materialistic", it is "fleshy" in the sense of the outcome.

I still believe that radionics should work like homeopathy, a small dose ... and it is considered good practice in radionics to dowse for the length of broadcast, seconds, minutes, hours.
If you broadcast for "love in my heart" and you get headache, what exactly do you imagine regarding "love in your heart"?
You could try the Bach flower "Holly" instead. The essence (what is also an affirmation) is about "encourage generosity of spirit and an openness towards others".
Physical symptoms could aggravate if you put too much energy into your heart energy meridian. Just push with a gentle touch and not too long. Imagine what would happen if God himself would push you all night long with his own repeater, his holy spirit?
