When you open intention repeater in cmd and type --help, several examples appear on how to best use the program together with the commands to enter (--dur or -d, --imem or -m, and so on). Every time I press enter to run the program with the various "Flags" I can't because the message "is not recognized as an internal or external command, an executable program or a batch file." Any idea what I can do? (Thanks in advance)

Can you run the program by clicking on the .exe file?
You have to put the flags in the command line like: intention_repeater_max.exe --dur "00:10:00" --intent "I am Love."

In blue it says "is not recognized as an internal or external command, executable program, etc."
I just hope I don't sound stupid, I hope that the fix is extremely simple I'm just a landslide with this sort of thing. Thanks anyway (sorry for my bad english)

dir is a command that shows the folder's directory listing, which contains all of the files' names.

Open terminal or cmd window inside the folder where the repeater is located.
.\intention_repeater_max_5.7.exe --dur "00:10:00" --intent "Your intention here"
