This Buddhist priest said that suffering is essential. Is that true? I don't feel I suffer too much, but my life is pretty stagnant.

It is not

To give more context: even what the Buddha said, sadly became a religion. Buddhists put a lot of importance in karma, and they believe in eight hells you may arrive to if you have too much negative karma. My previous writings have already indicated this is a falsehood.
I wrote this so that the reply wasn't just "It is not".

I think after death you can return to Source if you want. The idea that you enter a place of study after death might be part of false religion, though some life after death books talk about it. I too agree that suffering isn't necessary. It doesn't mean that I don't suffer sometimes, but not all the time. And now that the false Lords of Karma have been defeated, reincarnation might not be necessary.

I think it can be essential. That's just my point of view. If I never suffered, I don't think I would be aware about the existence of evil agendas for example. Suffering can expand our consciousness when we are able to identify the root causes of our problems. Without suffering we wouldn't be able to better grasp the concepts of love and hate (and its degrees), and to better appreciate what makes us feel love. We wouldn't be able to truly be compassionate and to fully understand what people are going through in their life.

Sometimes the energy of just being causes my heart chakra to burn. This is my level of suffering. It is unpleasant. But there is also a degree of bliss I feel.
I've had spinning psychosis before. I don't know what I learned from that.

Have you found an intention that worked well to heal your heart chakra and remove suffering? It could potentially be related to the response of the nervous system to an overstimulation of the heart chakra.

AnthroHeart's chakras aren't hurt, they are just overenergized and overpressured due to some unknown circumstance. It is possible that is is some sort of Repeater feedback, since surely there must be strong Repeaters running, without the "Focus Repeater energy to only what is necessary. Focus Repeater energy to only what is needed." "grounding" Intentions.

Yeah, my chakras are under constant pressure. Sometimes this pressure is blissful. Sometimes it has a burning sensation. At times it makes me restless.
