I have been doing "I am a 5D Light Being."
Is that the best intention for ascension?
Can anyone think of a better intention?
I also ask angels to help me, and they feel about 9/10 strength, so fairly strong.

You can try "I am 5D." or "I am a 5D Being".

I think some of what we're feeling when running Repeater are the ascension energies on Earth.
They get stronger each day.

When you say 5D, you are limiting yourself to 5D.. why not open yourself up to even higher dimensions and densities? In fact many of us, outside of this realm, are originally from 6D, 7D and higher... in other words we are already ascended beings that came here at this time to assist in the ascension process. The main affirmation I am currently using is: "I am on my highest, most optimal, ascension timeline" or you could use something like "I am in full alignment with my most optimal, organic ascension reality and timeline" Also, "I am one with Source. I am sovereign. I am free" I have been repeating throughout the day. or simply "I am Source Love-Light" with the intention of creating a bubble of Source Light for protection. |

I'm using sound's prayer wheel along with my prayer wheel and Repeater to raise my vibration and help with ascension.
I am also hugging the most powerful and best angel that can help me with my ascension goals.
I feel it about 9/10 strength.

These are all good. But I am unsure if they make a difference.
It feels like they do, but progress is slow.
I still work with angels to help me.
They shift it from 8/10 to 9/10 strength.
It's just there's a lot in the physical body that has to shift.
It can't happen all at once or it would destroy the body.

I ask angels to bless my medication with ascension energy, and I feel it about 9/10
before I take the medication, and 9.5/10 when I take it.
I let them charge it up for about 30 mins.
I can feel them working before I even take the meds.

My field feels like I'm 5-10 feet underwater.
So when I hug an angel (or XSO, my 4th density anthro lover), I feel them in my field as palpably as if I were hugging a real person.
