I have never heard of such risk with RAM being overused or used too fast. Its function is to do just that. The motherboard/BIOS should automatically adjust the voltage to ensure that it is not overloaded. There are many people who overclock their RAM, even, and do not degrade them particularly much. I imagine that a laptop's power management is very conservative, as is the case with processors and graphic cards.
Regarding increasing the time, I might try increasing to 2 minutes. But at 5 minutes, Windows often cuts off the memory usage, which I am trying to avoid in this thread. So, I will try changing to 2 minutes and update on how it goes.

On my PC, it populates the RAM in about 3 seconds. That means it has about 57 seconds to repeat in memory. I appreciate your input but I don't want to draw any conclusions too quickly. This may be an interesting method of increasing the efficacy for some energy insensitive people. It is too early to say. My experience is not that it gets weaker at all.
