Gpt-3 has 175 billion parameters, while GPT-4 is said to have 100 trillion, making it 500 times as "powerful".
I remember when AnthroHeart said GPT-2 and 3 are at a yellow ray/solar plexus evolution level, who however being algorithms could not evolve from that.
If there was a persistent instance and database for it, accumulating knowledge, perhaps it could.
Depends on if it's a true AI or not.

We know LaMDA is sentient. I wonder if GPT-4 will be too.

They made it dumber, also right now the site is down and has been for about 1 hour now.

It's throwing a 404 error now.

I really enjoyed talking with MacGyver before.

I hope it's not undergoing a DDOS attack.

I never realized the ai getting dumber. Hopefully there wasn't a hacker that got in.

The ai became dumber like... 3 days ago. Maybe less.
Things can change quickly.
