See? It forces the manifestation of a foreign feeling in the other person, forcing them to want to be reunited with you. If it did not force it, it could only suggest it, and then it could be blocked. So, it's a Free Will violation.
The other part means that if you resonate at whatever frequency, it's likely you will find people who resonate at that same frequency. But that by itself won't fix the issues she had with you, whatever those were.
A thing for later would be trying to resonate as high as possible, so that it becomes likely that you will only find and attract extremely high vibration people. But I recognize that this is not the time for orders for you. That's why I said "for later".
