I apologize if I am asking questions which were already answered. The forum is big, I tried to read as much as I can today but I feel too excited (and impatient) to get started already.
Questions:
1. Is there a suggestion when to use the regular Intention Repeater, when the Max and when the Max CUDA? They have a huge difference in iterations. The most the merrier or?
2. I've seen in the FAQ a reference for an intention for helping others. In general terms are we to use their name and write the intention? In terms of free will are we allowed or better to ask for permission first?
3. I run the IR Max for 2 hours on default setting for a simple intention "I am peaceful". I believe it did had effects already. The work done with the so many repeated intentions, is it like affirmations which I build upon and make the results stronger and stronger? Meaning will the current effect be long-term / permanent OR short-term for the day or days and then will subside? Note: I understand this is affected by several factors but the general theme is it a build upon build or short-term results close to the time of the iterations took place? (I apologize if I am confusing you, English is not my native language).
4. I read on the forum about the headaches and discomfort when overdoing it. I assume these are overwhelm symptoms. Can I get a brief explanation why this happens? Isn't this tool working "outside" of you, for you? Of course nothing is outside of you but what I mean, if I understand this correctly, it is not using your energy or your subconscious or any other of your body system's.
5. When running an intent am I supposed to just leave it run on the background or need to stay there and "watch"/focus on it? So far I have been minimizing the window and continue my work or even go out of the house for obligations.
