Hii guys I'm new. Thanks so much to all of you wonderful creators that have made all this amazing technology. Especially Anthroteacher. You guys really dont know how much your stuff has helped me. I could cry about. I'll end up making a post about it at some point. But, I appreciate you guys so much. But,I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I was wondering could I overlay this image with another image to get the same effect cause I read that it's fine if you have it behind computer stuff going on on your computer. Thank you again.

Yes, you can.
It can even be at 0% opacity so it's totally transparent and the image looks the same.
