I have done work with the Andromedans, who exist as high as 12D (Source-Level).

They are excellent for helping with ascension. I visualize one of them overlapping

my body, as they are non-physical.

I feel the ascension energy.

The Arcturians and Pleiadians helped reprogram my implants for Source, so I am more fully connected. It's more bliss as opposed to the collective angst I got used to feeling.
