Given what we know about the Repeater thus far, it is obvious to me that it should be possible to use the Repeater to work out muscles in the body similar to an actual gym session without the physical effort.
NO, I do not mean using it as a "supplement" to gym workouts -- stating such, although beneficial, underestimates the power and potential of energy. I like to work out, and I might not stop merely because of the Repeater, but I want to encourage a real investigation into using the Repeater alone to build muscle.
It is already known that testosterone injections alone build more muscle than working out without steroids. This is a largely ignored fact. Likewise, the power of using energy alone to, for example, increase testosterone, inhibit myostatin, increase protein synthesis and most importantly work out muscles has been underestimated in online communities, in my opinion.
This thread can be dedicated to using the Repeater alone to build muscle.

There are several ways to go about this. I would suggest using the Med-Bed as a base. It has a biokinesis affirmation in it. Further, the following affirmations may be useful: My muscles are being worked out. My body has rapid protein synthesis. The energy of externally supplied testosterone is circulating in me. I have a vast excess of testosterone without negative side effects. My myostatin production is inhibited energetically and genetically. My body's anabolism is maximized and catabolism is minimized. I am muscular. I get more muscular every day. I have advanced control over the electrical signaling between my brain and muscles. My neuroelectrical signaling to muscles is strengthening.
