A Buddhist prayer wheel spins the mantra "om mani padme hum" to generate and spread energy.
What if we burn an energetic video to a CD/DVD in the same manner, such that, when we put it in the player, it broadcasts energy also through the spinning effect of the disc?
Just an idea . . .

That may work. It's like having an image on screen flashes at a certain rate from refresh.
I don't have a CD/DVD player so can't test that.

I heard the prayer wheels are to get the monks in the mood for manifesting. It pumps them up, rather than having a raw effect on itself. I do not know much about them, but according to what I read, the millions of mantras on the wheels spin to generate energy. According to the texts, anyone who sees such a wheel spinning will never be reborn in the lower realms, will not have to suffer consequences of karma, will get healed from disease, and for every spin, according to the texts, you get the same effect as years of meditation; maybe the texts I read were glorified, I am not sure. There may be different understandings in different parts of Buddhism. I do not know much. All I Know is I will be getting one in the mail any day

Tech-savvy people:
How do I know if the disc drive is spinning as I listen to the track? Any software to determine?

I will try to clone the file as many times as possible on the DVD. You could also put it once in such a way it instantly opens up when inserted, a CD/DVD video.

Could you clarify what you mean please? You know how when one puts a movie, it opens instantly? Like that.

I will try. I chose to configure it as a DVD medium and not as a storage medium. Still, I think I can copy the file as many times as possible to fill up the storage; I believe it would be like a playlist. (more energy perhaps as it spins? investigating)

A certain Buddhist monk (or similar, Lama, I do not know) had approved prayer wheels that had DVDs with the mantra "om mani padme hum" (as text files) as many times as the DVD could possibly contain. Then these were lined up on a physical wheel and spun, not with a disc drive, just spun manually. If interested, this was called "Tibet-Tech prayer wheel."
