Kundalini-Model.pdf (1018.51 KB) i will attach this document explaining the physiological theory behind kundalini awakening. It is very interesting, and impossible to find anywhere online. I was lucky to find a copy and scan it

Bentov inspired me to get a transcranial magnetic stimulation headset. I am wearing it right now on Theta frequencies. (More specifically 4 Hz at 25 Gauss and 6 Hz at 2.5 Gauss). It can help in inducing meditative states. Further, I might amplify it with the IR using the aff "my brain is predominantly producing theta waves". According to EEG I have very low Theta levels. My brain waves follow this order: Alpha, Delta, Beta, (big space) , Theta, Gamma

that is true. I am a little picky with wording. The brain always products Theta waves to some extent, so the aff "my brainwaves are in a theta state" is always true, I guess. I would prefer to say "predominantly" to make myself clear -- but i am sure both work just as well it's just me being picky

Like if there were no others. I think.

But it can be predominately in one state.
