Oddly enough I had dejavu while writing the title...
Batteries have juice in them, that polarizes or depolarizes according to charge, but doesn't drain or fill physically.
This makes them a better target for Repeater than just matter. Until we get Physical Manifestation.
By using Repeater to set a battery's charge level and keep it there, we can get infinite energy, make perpetual motion machines, make electrical vehicles run infinitely, and use the more physical energy to manifest physically better.
Electricity is controlled lightning, a form of light, and cells talk to each other with light beams.
So it stands that this is a promising investigation avenue.
