I'm not sure Sapien channels anything, as far as I am concerned he is an absolute fraud. That's just my opinion, though.

When Sapien creates a morphic field, he first researches everything about that topic as he can.
Then, he meditates into Epsilon.
It is in this state where he weaves it into existence using his own power. And can be charged then. Intention+Will+Power=Magic.
Source's own power is not far away in this state, but Sapien regardless uses his own.
If necessary it can be charged even further. Though I don't know if he does that.
He does not channel the field, he weaves/intends it into existence.

By default the Intention Repeater uses its own energy, which is so large and so vast (as well as tapping infinite source's if so required), that it's enough for any purpose.
Of course it can be told to use other energies alongside its own.

I once found Dale Power's old websites on the WayBack Machine, and Sapien told me not to tell anyone about it. I've forgotten the URL by now.

They say when Scienciology was founded, Ron Hubbard's simple teachings were helping many people to become telepaths and achieve great powers of the mind.
The illuminati got scared, so they arranged for Hubbard to stop leading scientology and go off alone. He eventually died.
The new leader monetized scientology and turned it into a clown (ridiculous) cult where advancement is gated behind paying ever larger amounts of money, with no tangible results, as well as imagining a race of fake aliens and a whole bunch of nonsense.
They are in fact banned in Norway and Chile.
