You can record your voice saying something like "I am Love." to a WAV or MP3 file.
Then, play that audio file on mute on repeat. You should be able to feel it work as well.
Use whatever intention you want. It feels different than the Intention Repeater, but it's still good.

When recording your WAV, you can leave like 20 seconds of silence where you don't speak at the end. It seems the resting period between each repeat is helpful. I can still feel it working during the resting.
It gives time for expansion, where speaking is contraction.

I have 4 different WAV files, each with about 10 seconds of silence after, and I have them in a VLC playlist, one after another, on repeat.
I can feel 10 seconds of running it for 2 minutes after so it does work like that.
