I use a few techniques for manifestation:
1) Intention Repeater w/Resting. 10 Seconds on, 1 Minute off. 2) Breathing. Breathe in what you need, and out what you don't need. 3) My will. Comes from the solar plexus. 4) Balanced Chakras. 5) Repeating out loud my intention. 6) Hugging my higher-dimensional lover. 7) Gratitude for what I have. 8) Visualizing as if I already have it. 9) Taking time off when needed. 10) Watching a pre-recorded video of Repeater.
It seems all these together work well for me.

If i listen to the morphic field while taking a shower, It works very strongly and immediately. Without having to listen to Morpic Field, The feelings i feel while taking a shower are easily expressed in reality. It is also helpful to turn on the morphic field very small before going to bed, but I think showering is a very powerful way to stay awake. I'm getting a lot of help this way. It seems that the intention repeater can be applied here.

Yes I use shower too, to release what I do not need. I visualize the shower water carrying what I do not need down the drain. And giving me what I do need.

It seems that the intention repeater can be applied here. I also like to use my will to create ethereal crystals that amplify and reflect back my intention. It gets strong enough to where my breathing is labored.
