Hi Thomas,
Someone else I know who is having issues with a family member's health and they want me to help them, so I thought I would use the IR for this. Would the IR depend on my energy sensitivity or the person I am trying to help?

A person who has forked my code (created their own version of the Repeater) says they ran theirs for 8 hours and a blue hole appeared like 40km in diameter. I told them I definitely felt their program, and they were delighted. I think this means they weren't energy sensitive, but I can't be sure.
You can see their very simplified version here, which just repeats "LOVE":

I told them I definitely felt their program, and they were delighted. I think this means they weren't energy sensitive, but I can't be sure.

I can certainly feel it too. Though they must have some degree of energy sensitivity to be perceiving a blue hole, as I assume that's in the astral. |

Oh. I am confused, I thought you said that we should clear our chakras if we can't feel the energy? Doesn't magick depend on the subconscious too? |

Well, until the Repeater and its servitor was created, I think magick needed the subconscious. Chakras aren't the subconscious, though there may be some relation. They are astral. We're changing reality at the quantum field level. It doesn't use subconscious. That's why it works for people that don't believe in it as well.
Some, it doesn't work for, but YMMV.
