My INTENTIONS.TXT file has some statements related to permanence, eternity and foreverness for all the positive effects that are written there.
While talking with my mentor, he cautioned me about some or other thing, when he menctioned something about anchoring vibration raises.
Then I knew that I had to anchor all the permanent changes so that they would stay permanent.
And as an extra, I wrote an Intention to tell the Holo-Stones to anchor themselves, a boost to the work AnthroTeacher, the Arcturians and Pleiadians are already doing on that ambit.
As soon as I wrote that my infinitely high vibration was anchored forever and permanently, I felt something like a fastening lock around myself that was over in a moment.
This may also be the key to physical manifestation.
