I am finding after running the Repeater for a bit, or using the Holo-Stones or the Holo_Link, that a strong inertia may build up that needs to be processed.
I am running this on Linux terminal:
./intention_repeater --imem 12 --intent "Process and integrate all excess inertia in me."
As it's running, I feel the energy lightening up. I will follow up later how it is going.

Was pretty good, but I am adding "and release what I do not need."
./intention_repeater --imem 12 --intent "Process and integrate all excess inertia in me and release what I do not need."
This seems to be better.

I also tried transmuting for about 32 mins, but it became a little painful in my solar plexus. My friend says that it felt like the electric grid is testing me when I asked him how his lights felt. So electric grid work can be a little hard. But I'm doing well. Doing releasing now.
If I don't see it as a test, but a blessing, it gets easier.

I stopped doing the Repeater and will now process and integrate on my own, and send the excess energy to some other work I am doing. I've stored a lot of potential energy in me that I'm now releasing.
