From my limited experience in using them, they are quite good in the Repeater.
The simplest OM by itself I found to really amplify its power.

Almost every Intention Repeater version has had OM in the Process Statement. The Process Statement is a line of Intentions that go alongside yours and power it up. It was much longer in the Python versions, but it was shortened in the C++ versions (the modern ones) to " REGULATE/INTEGRATE/OM".
It works very well regardless.
