Re-Establishing Communication

I was working with someone on a project who lives in another country, the project I was paying them for was basically complete - but then I lost communication with them and haven't heard from them for about a month. As far as I can tell, they haven't even been online since then. I'm not concerned about them "stealing my work" or anything like that, because I don't think that was ever their intention - also because I was pretty vague with what I needed, and also because I don't think they would want to risk their reputation on the platform I hired them (they have a very good reputation on there and have been using it for 10+ years)

Anyway, I'm trying a few different things to re-establish communication. I created an "energy circle" image with my name and their name and the switchword "golden sunrise reach" which is used to establish communication and have been running this on the repeater. I also wrote a simple statement in a text file, using the holo-stones.

Is there any other recommendations I could try to help with this?
