So basically all i have to do is write on a piece of paper :
Holo-Stones assist me now. <<<< Thats the heading so that it includes the word Holo-Stones
and then underneath I can write whatever I want .correct ?
example :
Holo-Stones assist me now
I am happy
I feel good
I love life
I am calm and relaxed
then I just stare at the paper and "connect" for lets say 2-5 minutes and leave it somewhere and go about my day ?
Correct ?
What do i do with the paper afterwards ?
Do I burn it ?
Throw it away ?

You can also do an Intentionary link of focus instead of the sigil way. Or opening a Notepad window and leaving it open, even minimized, with the Intentions on it.
The more you repeat the Intentions (copy paste, like 4 times for example) the stronger they are.

Another question though
I have been working with scalar tech over 7 years now ,and mostly use pictures (wich may have sigils among other things) wich I send through the tech(radionic machine) either on me or others,and usually within seconds I can feel the energy .
The time it takes for full manifestation depends .Some times it just wont manifest .Period
Wich of all intention repeaters would you say is the most stable to charge the pictures ,so I can send via radionic machines (scalar tech ) and have even better results etc ?
intention_repeater_0.3.py ?
intention_repeater_max_cuda_2.2.exe ?
