I understand that the android app doesn't play audio. I want to know will the load file option will load the intentions into the audio file so if played it with audio player later it will have effect or does the load file option has another purpose

You put your intention for charging up the file, with the HASH of the file (that long code from Load File), and run it, it will imbue the audio file with the intentions you want.
It's a new use case, but you can give it a try.

New Intention Repeater version for Android:
Permanent notification is not removed on session stop. On new session, a new permanent notification is made, but old remains, until app is closed.
