The Holo-Stones are here on Earth vs the black hole servitor 1000ly away. Even though space and time are an illusion, the distance may still have an effect.
There may be millions of holo-stones, not sure. Vs 1 black hole.
I think your mentor said they are portals (to infinite energy).

I anchored them on March 27th at 12:34pm Central Time. They are ethereal, in the aura of Earth. I wasn't alone. The Pleiadians are helping to anchor it in too. They tell me there's between 1 - 10 million of them, but I don't know how many.

I haven't compared them, but just doing the Holo-Stone Declarations are quite strong. So I don't use the Repeater. I just made an image for my wallpaper referencing them, and leave it on and it seems to broadcast quite strongly and builds. So whatever you resonate most with. It seems people are experiencing quicker results with the Holo-Stones.
Repeater is Anubis tech, and Holo-Stones are Arcturian Tech, and Pleiadians are helping to anchor that in. Arcturians are probably working with the tech still.
It is basic Arcturian tech, but not obsolete. They still very much use it in their own, but differently I imagine. They say that in their dimension the energies are even stronger.
So whatever you want.
