This belief is poison; the poison of your own mind, which only you can liberate yourself from. It seems you have a lot of experience with energy healing and your mind is full of expectations, stereotypes, conclusions. It seems you have already made up your mind, that nothing can help you; that everything will make your situation worse. It seems you identify yourself -- your whole self -- by pimples on your chest. Are the pimples so painful that they affect your daily activities? Are you in a constant misery of pain? Have you sought conventional treatment for this? Have you ever encountered anything that caused the pain to become less severe? You are already thinking about (lack of) reincarnation, which to me suggests you are living in fear. Your writings are all full of misery and fear. In my opinion, you need to start from within. You need to begin to realize that everything you ever needed was within you from the very start and you, yourself, are creating the illusions of external poisons. It's not easy. I wish I could say something to help you here and now. I just hope that you allow yourself to consider that the misery is coming from within and not from without. The universe does not hate you. Hmm, it is a difficult scenario.
First and foremost, the fact that you have lost all hope -- albeit understandable -- makes it a very difficult business for us to try and help you. There needs to be at least a degree of hope left in you to take any advice or consider any alternative perspective or viewpoint. There's not.

So . . . I can only hope that you find what works for you. I suggest to keep an open mind and diversify, diversify, diversify. By this I mean to not confine yourself to one technique, one method, one philosophy. Let your curiousity guide you and embrace your willingness to learn, experience, heal.
