Probably. I asked for help in creating a GUI before, but to no avail.

GitHub isn't that intuitive when downloading, because downloading
from the main page results in HTML code and won't run.
This probably has turned a number of people off from the app.

A GUI would be a bit tricky because of having to update the iterations and such.

Probably would need to be built from the ground up using Visual Basic or something.

Most people seem to use the website.

Commandline certainly is easier to program for.
