This is my favorite command with the Repeater as of now.

On a side note, Windows 7 with Classic Theme feels so good to use. It is still possible to receive security updates until January 2023 with a tweak. Even then, with an AV, we're fine. I will never switch...

Gamma goes from 40-~80 Hz. Hypergamma goes from 80-999 Hz. A few sources say Hypergamma goes instead 80-200 and there's something else past 200. Scientists don't know a lot about it, so everything beyond typical brain states was lumped there. Wikipedia says the Hz limit binaurals can use as carrier waves is actually 1500. And the "differential limit" if that counts for anything is of 40 Hz. (I don't believe in it, albeit I recognize tones with +15 or so Hz differentials sound like hmmmmmms or whhhhhhhhs with the speaker evidently overloaded. It has to flicker the tone that many Hz's per second) The Repeater has no research either. Yet it still works. You can set brain states or waves by using the Intentions "My brain is in a <x> state." Or "My brainwaves are at <y> Hz." It will feel almost like a dial, you will be there in seconds. Binaural beats do not work, it is easy to check by wearing an EEG headset and playing binaural beats. Still, I have used binaural beats for many years, it seems that lower carrier frequencies affect the brain in another way, than entraining brain waves, possibly through hemispheric synchronization. Gradually lowering carrier frequencies tends to have an emotionally cleansing effect, this is the basis of Holosync.
Anyway... they do not effectively entrain brain waves. This is because it does not reach the hypothalamus, if I remember correctly. There is a lot of literature about it. Monaural beats are far more effective in entraining brainwaves (because they reach the hypothalamus), but light is the most effective.
The original study which presented binaural beats to the world for the first time says that binaural beats do not work with a beat frequency below 30 Hz: www.amadeux.net/sublimen/documenti/G.OsterAuditoryBeatsintheBrain.pdf. That said, carrier frequency can work up to 1,500 Hz, as you said. Higher carrier frequencies tend to make the binaural beat more obvious, while lower carrier frequencies seem to have a more emotionally cleansing effect through some other mechanism (this effect is not scientifically documented though, and I have never experienced it, but millions of Holosync users supposedly have since the 80s). Binaural beats do work. One time I told a person I tried to be close with to put headphones on and listen to a binaural app I had in my phone. I did not tell him what those frequencies were or for what purpose. As I pressed each of the chakra buttons and I asked him where he felt, he pointed to each of the 7 chakras. The crown, importantly, was located in the forehead. Not outside the body as many poorly drawings show. My mentor said I must not show those frequencies to anyone.

I appreciate and agree with this posture.

Just as far as the brain goes, I have not seen effect on brain waves. But yeah, I agree they work, even though its mechanism is not understood. So I shouldn't have said they do not work. To me, they do not appear to work for their intended purpose. But then people get creative to make chakra stimuli and it may sure work. I like experiments and am open-minded to all possibilities.
Interesting comment!

reden . . . you said something about watching a recording of the Repeater is stronger than using it live?

Cool. What I did is: I recorded the intention repeater and exported as MP4. I then opened several instances of the MP4 in VLC. I now am starting to feel a bit of what my intention was. I think it is working good. Does not even need sound! The more windows playing the MP4 = the stronger the energy?

I now have 10 instances of the same video open and feel pretty damn good! It is just a 2-min video that I loop.

You may be able to feel them even if all the windows aren't visible. Just having them play is enough.
I'm using the Grid to pull blockages/resistance out of me. It's going well.

What is "the Grid"?

The 5D Grid is what is anchoring in 5D Light into Earth for ascension of the planet and humanity.
You can call it the Crystal Grid, but it's more than that.

It's not just Earth. The whole Universe is ascending to the next Octave.

That is interesting!
By the way, I am now running many instances of the MP4 in the background while also listening to my morphic field track "The Male God." It feels good! Like an energy bath, if I am being perceptive (and my perceptiveness may involve unintentional exaggeration).
