Sure. I like Isuret Polos, I think his book is amazing, if you haven't read it I highly recommend it. I read it a long time ago, but if I recall, it is quite similar to another book by the name "A New Quantum-Scientific Method" by "Phil Petersen." Both excellent refreshing books in a world of otherwise esoteric (often nonsensical) terms. At least for me who does not know so much spiritual terminology.

My favorite book ever I think is "A Brief Tour of Higher Consciousness" (it's actually not so brief) by "Itzhak Bentov." I wonder if anyone else here has read it.

For AOP, it isn't a constant state, but rather something you achieve to the required degree over and over. According to Isuret, something resonating well is an homeopathic exploration avenue.I don't know what that means. I've emailed him asking how he checks. I'd like to add an [R] at the end of the intention when it's in resonance. Homeopathy is a sort of medicine. Isuret's definition: Something resonating quickly (or "pinging" the noosphere [the human collective]) is a promising treatment. AOP was invented to transmit homeopathic energies of plants. It comes with inbuilt plants and conditions lists, and can use maps to point their life energy out, also determining the life energy etc. a certain plant possesses in comparison to the map. Even general vitality. This concept can be further extrapolated on to determine something's vibrational frequency.

I don't see why it is important to "already resonate with the intention". Such feature could also cause subconscious limits, if we judge what we can achieve by how close we already are to it. Those are my thoughts, but I may be wrong. All intentions will eventually resonate. It's just that some do so faster than others.

One cool feature is that the Intentions don't slow down no matter how long they are.

One cool feature is that the Intentions don't slow down no matter how long they are. Well we don't have a repetition rate so we can't be sure. If he's using the same process as me by repeating, it may still slow down with longer intentions.
