This character identifies itself as Anatolian Hieroglyphic π± Ra or Ri. It comes from this long forgotten language en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anatolian_hieroglyphs . Wikipedia says they didn't seem to have the sacred importance of Egyptian hieroglyphics, so this might be common writing, and syllabic? I think only the Unifont can display it. Don't think it's the right one, as Ra was/is an Egyptian god.

Unicode is so comphrensive, it even has Linear A, B and Phaistos Disc glyphs. They are three discs containing yet-undeciphered writing, found in Crete, hypothetized to contain Minoan (1800-1450 a.c, Phaistos said to be older) language writing. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linear_A
